Our story

Dollar Contracting was started by tradespeople who got tired of watching jobs get bounced between sub-contractors with nobody owning the outcome. We do the opposite: one crew, one project manager, one phone number — from the first site visit to the final walk-through.

We work on everything from foundation pours and chimney repairs to full kitchen renovations and second-storey additions. Most of our jobs come from word-of-mouth in Thunder Bay, which is exactly how we want it.

Sarleen Kaur

Sarleen is the organizational backbone of Dollar Contracting Ltd., managing daily office operations, staff coordination, scheduling, client communication, back-end emails, company documentation, and administrative paperwork. From handling internal workflow to ensuring projects stay organized behind the scenes, she helps keep our team efficient, professional, and client-focused every day.

Finishing & Renovation Specialist

Arshdeep

Arshdeep handles interior and exterior finishing work, including painting, tile installation, drywall finishing, and detailed renovations. He also supervises crews on-site, monitors work quality, and ensures all employees complete tasks efficiently and professionally to maintain high project standards.

Project & Materials Coordinator

Amteshwar

Amteshwar is responsible for coordinating material deliveries, supporting site operations, and assisting crews with day-to-day construction tasks. A reliable all-round team member who helps ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
